Lovely place with a very nice and helpful hostess (speaks fluent English). Decent breakfast served in the garden. 10 minutes walk from the train station.

The owner of a casa Di Manu was very friendly hospitable and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and big served on a nice terrace. The location is on the edge of the town but the old town is in walking distance, the shopping mall and the railway station are very close. If you want to go further, you are able to take bicycles.

Excellent little b&b- Emanuela was very welcoming & helpful with useful local tips. Room (one of only 2) was huge, with an equally large bathroom. Breakfast was good. Convenient location, approx 10mins walk from train station (pick up available) & 15mins from Desenzano centre & the lake Overall, very welcoming & homely stay.
Neighbourhood felt a tad industrial perhaps- not for someone who wants to be right by the lake, but close enough if you don't mind a short walk. Few of the functions on the all-singing-all-dancing shower/jacuzzi bath cubicle actually worked, but still did the job!

Very nice family house! The room had separate entrance, and the price wasn't high, though it was large like a suite room in a standart hotel.
Breakfast was not so various as usually in hotels, but we could ask the mistress if we wanted something to be added, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The place is just great. THe hostess is very very nice, the place is very very clean. The breakfast is simple yet we found it enough. The hostess bought all fresh bread, made good coffee, juice. You really don't need more. A shopping center is really next door. On one hand you may say it's too close, but the place is pretty good isolated so while the windows are closed (and using the ac) you barely hear something from the out side. Maybe sometimes some muffled sound of a train. But we definitly recommend the place and will go again if we return to the area. Some may say its a bit distant from the city. Its pretty true, however to make a trip in the lakes area its is almost mandatory to have a rented car, and therefore the location is not really a problem (parking free).
Maybe distant is you don't have a car. Wifi is available but the reception in our room was a bit poor. We mind and didn't mind so it wasn't really of a story. Really no bad things to say about the place. Please note that paying is cash only. We knew it so it wasn't a problem, but from reading others i hear some people were surprised.

The room itself and the bathroom was really big which make my stay very comfortable. The onwer of the property was very cheerful and helpful to answer all the questions. There was an air-conditioner and a small fridge that I wasn't expected to have one in a b&B. The rate was a bit high but turn out to be good value for money
The desription of the direction to the b&b should be clearer. The drain at the bathtube was a bit stuck. However, they are minor issues.

The staff was so friendly and the lady was so nice and she wait for us at 3.00 A.M at the Central Station (yes, this was the hour that we*ve arrived in Desenzano). In addition she bought us all the things for a vegan breakfast and even more...The room was very lovely, the bathroom nice, very large with all that you need. I can describe: Home away from home. Emma, the dog was very nice, certainly we will recomand this place to everyone. Thank you.
